Rafi focuses on procedural and administration law, especially in the establishment, issuance, and maintenance of business documents. His work includes assisting clients and providing procedural assistance in the establishment of domestic and foreign companies in Indonesia, assisting clients to obtain specific initial licenses, issuance of foreign working permits, as well as representing clients in maintaining or reinstating its business licenses.
Rafi is a law graduate from University of Jember, where he graduated as Best Graduate with Cum Laude predicate. During his undergraduate years, Rafi sharpened his legal knowledge by joining the Legal Aid Bureau. He then graduated as Master of Law (M.H.) from Airlangga University focusing on Business Law.
Rafi deepens his knowledge of licensing and regulatory matters in the legal field. His area of expertise is procedural and administration law, particularly as it relates to establishment, issuance, and maintenance of business documents. In addition to assisting domestic and foreign clients in procedural assistance to the establishment of domestic and foreign companies in Indonesia, assisting clients to obtain specific initial licenses, issuance of foreign working permits, as well as representing clients in maintaining or reinstating its business licenses.
As amember in MS&A, Rafi assists and handles dispute resolution, both in litigation and non-litigation sectors including investment, corporate, land and property, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment obligations, and general civil law. His high mobility in carrying out his work helps the partners and associates to provide maximum service to clients.
Rafi is a licenced Advocate and a member of PERADI. He speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
