Legal Consultant - Notary Liaison Representative

Gwyneth is a law graduate from Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta, majoring in Business Law. During her undergraduate years, Gwyneth has an active role in her university organizations as member of the sports department and the law competition department. Her activity in several organizations motivated her dedication to join MS&A’s team of corporate lawyers. She acquired her bachelor’s degree by conducting in-depth research on data protection, a specific field of law that is very relevant in cyber space legal protection. Her exposure in corporate law is further enhanced by her post-graduate study as Master of Notaries (M.Kn.) at Airlangga University, Surabaya and her certification as a Certified Contract Drafter (C.C.D.) by the National Profession Certification Authority.

Gwyneth is part of the Intellectual Property (IP) team where through Sajogo Marks database, she and the IP team runs the firm’s unique IP protection schemes, from providing IP search and opinion, IP restructuring, to worldwide IP registration. She is also part of MS&A’s digital community team, representing the firm’s online presence in promoting the talk of law regarding current legal news. Due to her study as Master of Notaries and due to her interest in family law and inheritance law, she now acts as the firm’s Notary Liaison Representative where she supports many of the firm’s corporate transaction deals through the office of notary public.

Gwyneth is also part of the research department where results of her comprehensive research are relied upon by the partners and associates when handling a case. Her meticulous legal drafting skills are also recognized by the partners and associates as she is often assigned to assure drafting standards and translation accuracy of legal documents produced by the corporate team. Gwyneth is a Certified Contract Drafter (C.C.D.) recognized by Contract Drafter Association (APK) and she speaks fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
